But killing for thrilling
Is just a brutal slaying

Famous director goofing
Glamourizing a battle
United States was losing
Murdered by a veteran
Back in his home country
He tasted his own medicine
One of his own was enemy
Lonely wife and children
His family is crying
Just like all the relatives
Of his senseless dyings

Lyrik: Hade sett filmen American Sniper och läste sedan självbiografin. Typiskt USA och särskilt Texas att en massmördare blir hjälte. Dead End Legend är en protestsång mot detta.
